Join us for our next London Flying Club social meetup featuring an exciting guest speaker: Matt Dearden – commercial pilot, author, and adventurer!
Matt’s aviation journey is anything but ordinary. From his early days as a computer geek to navigating the challenging jungles and mountains of Indonesia as a daring bush pilot, he has plenty of thrilling stories to share. You might also recognise him from Channel 4’s hit series Worst Place to be a Pilot!
Now back in the UK, Matt flies the Pilatus PC-12 across Europe as a corporate pilot and is also a TRI/TRE and display pilot on the legendary PBY-5A Catalina flying boat. When he’s not in the cockpit, you’ll probably find him scaling a rock face somewhere!
